Tocadéo is the meeting of four passionate performers who, above all, share a common taste for melodies and vocal harmonies, through a touching and evocative repertoire. Driven by this passion, as well as by their love of music, friendship and the pleasure of sharing the stage, Dany Laliberté, René Lajoie, Benoit Miron and Patrick Olafson formed the Tocadéo vocal quartet in autumn 2008.

Over the past 15 years, the group has recorded 7 albums and sold over 90,000 copies. They have toured Quebec and French-speaking Canada, giving over 550 performances of 7 different shows to more than 300,000 spectators. Tocadéo has also been awarded two Billets Argents by ADISQ, recognizing sales of over 25,000 tickets for its shows "Ils chantent elles" and "Quatre". Tocadéo has become a sure bet with concert promoters, who have no hesitation in inviting the group back on a regular basis, making Tocadéo one of the best-selling acts in the music business.

The quartet has had the honor of receiving two nominations at the ADISQ Gala. In 2017, for their show QUATRE, in the category Show of the Year - Performer. And in 2021, for her show CHEZ VOUS, in the Online Show of the Year - Anglophone/Other Languages/Aboriginal Languages category.

In 2023, Tocadéo celebrates its 15th anniversary with the release of its eighth album, "Chansons pour durer toujours", a tribute to Canadian music, featuring some of the greatest hits created by artists from Quebec and French-speaking Canada. A new tour will begin in autumn 2023.

Over the years, Tocadéo has carved out a place for itself on the musical landscape, making its mark on a wide audience. He has charmed audiences with his music, his passion, his complicity, his on-stage humor and his closeness to the audience. Inspired by the great names and great voices, he captivates and enchants with his class and his unique, grandiose character.
