Astor Piazzolla was born in 1921 in the Argentinian city of Mar del Plata. On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the birth of this famous composer, our guitar and cello duo will take you on a voyage through the sounds of the greatest inspirations of his youth. From Bach to Ginastera, from Bartók to the great jazz musician Ellington, we will explore the musical career and inner journey of the bandoneonist who became the greatest tango composer of the 20th century.
