WHY DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
- Your contact information (last name, first name and email address) allows us to notify you of our concerts and discounts for our members;
- Your phone number allows us to contact you if there is a question about your email information.
HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR DATA?
- The personal information we collect is collected by volunteers of the JMC Chaleur Bay Chapter's committee during the sale of JMC subscriptions;
- When you contact us via the contact form on our website or by email;
- When you renew your membership for the current year, our organization uses membership cards that are filled out by the member or by the committee volunteer.
WHERE ARE YOUR DATA STORED?
- Membership cards are kept by our treasurer and destroyed at the end of the season;
- Membership lists are kept by volunteers to communicate with members, including when renewing subscriptions;
- For the purpose of sending the newsletter, a list of names, surnames and email addresses of individuals is stored on our Yahoo account.
WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA?
- All volunteers of the JMC Chaleur Bay Chapter committee;
- To allow JMC Chaleu Bay subscribers to be eligible for discounts on various shows, the JMC Chaleur Bay Chapter sends a list of their names, surnames and localities to the Salle de Spectacles Desjardins, New Richmond or Maximum 90, Carleton-sur-Mer.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR INFORMATION?
- You have the right to ask us to inform you about your data, change or delete your data;
- You also have the right to ask us to stop using your data for particular purposes. For example, you can request to stop receiving reminders before concerts or discounted shows while remaining a member of our organization.
